HR Trainee
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support in the day-to-day HR Operations.
- Perform administrative duties as required.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
- Facilitate employee induction and manage onboarding process for new recruits.
- Assist in the coordination and administration of training programs.
- Active participation in the staff welfare & CSR activities.
- Generate HR reports and analytics as needed.
- Execute tasks which are confidential and sensitive.
- Support HR initiatives to ensure compliance with HR rules, policies, procedures and best practices.
- Assist in the implementation of HR projects and communication.
Profile
- Diploma in Human Resource/Management or equivalent.
- Desire to learn, a team player and ‘Can do’ attitude.
- Good interpersonal skills Good Communication skills - both written & spoken.
- Organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Detail-oriented with commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
