Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Provide support in the day-to-day HR Operations.
  • Perform administrative duties as required.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
  • Facilitate employee induction and manage onboarding process for new recruits.
  • Assist in the coordination and administration of training programs.
  • Active participation in the staff welfare & CSR activities.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics as needed.
  • Execute tasks which are confidential and sensitive.
  • Support HR initiatives to ensure compliance with HR rules, policies, procedures and best practices. 
  • Assist in the implementation of HR projects and communication.

 

Profile

  • Diploma in Human Resource/Management or equivalent.
  • Desire to learn, a team player and ‘Can do’ attitude. 
  • Good interpersonal skills Good Communication skills - both written & spoken. 
  • Organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office. 
  • Reliable and trustworthy. 
  • Detail-oriented with commitment to confidentiality. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
