HR TRAINEE(1 year contract under YEP)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide support in all HR Operations

  • Execute task which are highly confidential and sensitive

  • Prioritise a varied workload within deadlines

  • Coordinate learning & development initiatives

  • Assist in the Learning Needs Analysis and deploy the training plan

  • Administer the training approval & refund process and ensure all formalities

  • Facilitate employee induction and manage onboarding process for new recruits



  • Diploma in Management or Human Resource Management

  • Reliable, with a team spirit and ‘Can do’ attitude

  • Well organised and Good Communication skills – both written & spoken

  • Conversant in MS Office

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
