• Prepare export customs declarations, permits, certificates.

• Have the necessary documents approved by Customs and other government agencies

• Bookings and shipping instructions

• Order follow-up

• Any other support to the Team Leader

Profil

• HSC holder and have 5 years experience in a similar position.

• Knowledge of incoterms, HS Codes and laws governing exportation.

• Knowledge of customs procedures (Export)

• IT verse and familiar with Trade net system

• Good time management, well organised and meticulous.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to work under pressure and overtime.

• Holder of a motocycle and car License
