Customer Care Coordinator (Under YEP 1 year)

Duties and responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Ensure that the various tasks assigned to operations are carried out within the allotted time.

  • Update of the follow-up system.

  • Collaborate with the team and for continuous improvement to give a value-added service to the clients.

  • Escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams.

  • Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

 

Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the freight / forwarding industry in a similar or operational / sales position.

  • Knowledge of incoterms and operational procedures (including knowledge of different customs procedures).

  • Has a culture of customer service both internally and externally.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.

  • Listening skills and empathy.

  • Able to work in a team and under pressure.

  • Good communication skills in English and French (oral and written).
