Duties and responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Ensure that the various tasks assigned to operations are carried out within the allotted time.
Update of the follow-up system.
Collaborate with the team and for continuous improvement to give a value-added service to the clients.
Escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
Profile
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the freight / forwarding industry in a similar or operational / sales position.
Knowledge of incoterms and operational procedures (including knowledge of different customs procedures).
Has a culture of customer service both internally and externally.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
Listening skills and empathy.
Able to work in a team and under pressure.
Good communication skills in English and French (oral and written).
